Super easy! Super delicious!
A dessert the whole family will LOVE!
Place all ingredients into a food processor.
Blend until your ingredients forms a soft dough.
TIP: If the mix is still crumbly, keep blending.
Remove blade and press mixture evenly into a rectangular silicon mold or cake tin (make sure you line with baking paper)
Set aside while you make your 'Caramel' layer.
Place all ingredients into a food processor.
Blend until your ingredients forms a soft chewy caramel texture. This may take a few minutes.
Apply a small amount of coconut oil to your hands (this will stop the caramel from sticking)
Scoop up caramel mix and press mixture evenly and flat over the biscuit layer.
Place flat in freezer overnight or for at least 6 hours.
Place coconut oil, cacao butter and rice malt syrup into a bowl and whisk together until all ingredients are combined.
TIP: Make sure that all the rice malt syrup is mixed through throughly. It may drop to the bottom as it's heavier.
Slowly add raw cacao powder and whisk until all ingredients are mixed through.
TIP: If your cacao powder is lumpy, make sure you use a sift to remove any lumps. Otherwise you will have pockets of cacao powder through the chocolate.
Add vanilla bean powder or paste and whisk through.
After cutting your Raw Twix into bars, dip evenly into chocolate.
Set aside on some baking paper and place back into freezer to set. This should only take 5 minutes.
I've used my left over chocolate and set it into tiny teddy bear silicon molds. Topped with dried rose petals and cacao dust!
Enjoy xx
If don't don't have time to make your own chocolate... simply buy a block and melt it down over the stove top!
